Pastured, Grass-fed, Organic Colorado Lamb

Colorado lamb already has a world-renowned reputation as some of the finest meat you'll ever find on a menu, and our lamb takes it even further - heirloom Suffolk lambs raised on a third-generation ranch in the Yampa Valley of Northwestern Colorado. These lambs start out in the lower country in winter and move up to graze on the rich grasses of the high country pastures. Raised with nothing but sunshine, green grass, clean air, and fresh mountain water, these lambs produce some of the most delicious meat we've ever tasted.
